loved speaking to middle school students about my film today. about 100 students from rochester’s school without walls. answered questions about mecca, halal meat, the hijab, urdu, terrorism, 9/11 and everything in between. wrote kids names in arabic script, signed lots of autographs and got my first fan letter!
